- I bought is bike rack about two months ago and have used it about 30 times to take our bikes from our home to a bike trail that is about 10 miles away. I have a Jeep Patriot, and the rack is very easy to install and un-install. The bikes install very easily and are very secure once installed. I do use two elastic straps to ensure the bike is secure. I am very pleased with it.
