- Love this TV. The picture is fantastic! Couldn’t be more pleased with the television. It’s unreal how many features it has. The screen share with your phone is really cool and I love the sports mode.
- I actually got this by accident. I ordered the 60JU6400 but got the 60JU500. I don’t mind since it has more inputs and a few more features. And for $850ish it was an amazing deal. The box was really poor condition and torn up. Sticker shows it has been in the store since April, and I got it at the very end of November. But since I got the better version, I just ran out of there hopeing it wasn’t damaged inside. It’s all in good condition. Had a problem with the sensor for the first few hours. Only button that would work on any of my remotes was the power button, nothing else. But eventually after messing with it and unplugging it a few rimes… It runs perfectly now. No complaints.
- After watching a tv only out of the box for 2 days, a Bright! Green! line appeared about 6 inches from the right hand side. Samsung has been nothing but a certifiable nightmare trying to get a service call in place for an actual human being to look at it and/or repair/replace it. This will be the last Samsung item in my house.
