Reviews

  • The quality of the picture far surpasses my Samsung smart TV this replaces. The user friendly features make it easy to use and navigate. The overall quality far exceeds anything comparable and cost effective to buy. You owe yourself the pleasure of Samsung ownership as well their Customer support. I recommend this TV to all who are thinking about upgrading your old set , if it’s not Samsung you bought the wrong brand. You can’t be the price and the quality ,great value.
  • Nice and clear, good color, fairly easy set up, good service from employees & not a bad price when on sale!
  • After a search of what was currently available, and keeping the budget to a reasonable level, I chose SAMSUNG. The picture quality is outstanding, the sound is incredible for a flat screen. This was the perfect choice in this price range in my opinion. SAMSUNG has the apps, the only thing I would have included was a Bluetooth keyboard.
  • We recently purchased our third Samsung TV. We have ones in three different sizes. I like the ease of setting up the TV right out of the box. It’s very easy to register it to the wifi. I just watched a Stanley Cup came the other night and the picture and clarity were fabulous. Highly recommend this television.
  • First off let me say this has great picture quality. Just like my other Samsung TV this is a good TV with a great picture. I was however disappointed that one of the only Apps I use regularly was not available on this TV, the MLB.tv app for some reason is not available for this model. The other issue I have seen is that occasionally the sound goes away during app updates. The first time, my second day of owning the TV, I walked through basic troubleshooting with support and ended up resetting the firmware back to factory to recover the sound. It happened a second time a couple days later after an update but after I cycled power the sound returned.
  • this 4K Samsung 50in TV is awesome, such clarity in the picture. Easy setup, Sports show are unbelievable and scenic shots are breathe taking. I feel as though I am there. Great TV!!!
  • I didn’t buy this model nor any other Samsung TV at Walmart because they are marketed on the Walmart website as 60Hz. I couldn’t believe Samsung would actually be still making HDTVs at this horrible refresh rate so I bought one today from BJ’s.com. It ends up that Walmart.com has all of the current 120 Hz TVs marketed as 60 Hz. Is someone trying to hurt Walmart’s HDTV sales? I did stop me!
  • TV was great, great picture, great sound for about 4 months then the picture went black. Audio still worked but no picture at all and I’m waiting for somebody from Samsung to come by and fix my TV but a TV that’s only 4 months old shouldn’t just stop giving me picture smh. Can’t refer this TV to a friend and seeing that this is my first Samsung TV, don’t know if all of them are like this. Never had any issues with Sony’s or LG TV’s at all.
