Reviews

  • I would highly recommend this Monitor to anyone who wants a product that does what it says it will do. Picture and clarity are top notch.
  • excellent brightness and clarity, colors are vibrant. You would be hard pressed to find a monitor that matches the quality for the money!
  • Great clarity and so so easy to connect to my laptop. It has forever changed my home office experience.
  • I decided it was time to let my monitor “grow up”. I had a 22″ that this monitor replaced. This has excellent picture quality, takes less power than the 22″ to run and ‘fits’ the area where it needs to go. I wouldn’t recommend this monitor if you’re getting it because it has built in speakers.
  • The item itself is a little heavier than other brands, which, of course, doesn’t matter because it sits stationary and isn’t moved around. That was just an FYI. :p As two other people said, which also apply to my review…. 1) picture and clarity are top notch, and 2) I don’t need my reading glasses for this monitor! Going from a 19.5″ to this 27″ screen….. World of Warcraft is a whole new experience! Again…. Awesome!
  • This monitor is huge. I bought 3 of them for our loan officers. The loan origination program we use can often use a pretty small font. Throw in a bit of age of the eyes and things get hard to see. Our folks work best by leaving the resolution at the optimal level and changing the text size in windows to 125%. You can also manually increase the font used in Outlook, etc. I don’t expect the speakers to be world-beaters, I’m just glad they are included. I did have to scrape up some DVI cords, as our PCs did not have HDMI ports. Hard to beat at this price point.
  • Very disappointed, returned this item. Does not tilt and is fixed in a slant position. the lettering Sceptre on the front was already falling off when I opened the Box. Every time I turned on my computer I have to keep changing the display to VGA wouldn’t adjust automatically. Other than that the picture quality was great, no issues with the actual picture. Ended up getting a Samsung 27″ at Best buy for $249, well worth the extra money for a name brand monitor.
