- Note: indeed it is recommended filling liquid no higher than the MAX line on the inner pot, but for dry food, such as a chicken, pot roast, or steaming vegetables, the inner pot can be filled with food over the MAX line. - I have had this Instant Pot IP-DUO60-ENW for over 6 months. This pot is just amazing! It does so many things…cooks perfect rice in 8 minutes, backed potatoes in 8 minutes, roast in 50 minutes. My favorite feature is the yogurt maker. I make my own yogurt with soy milk and it’s delicious. This pot has saved me so much time in food preparation. It has replaced my crockpot. I cook fresh black beans in 8 minutes. ..which is just amazing to me. You can’t go wrong with this product. I use mine almost everyday, and even used it to make Thanksgiving dinner.
